Refund and Cancellation
If you have taken an AMC from us and you relocate to another location or city you can either shift your AMC, Gift your AMC or get a Refund if our services are not available at the new location . The Refund will be prorated according to the cleanings already taken and after reducing all govt taxes already paid to the Govt.
Once we receive your email on info@osem.in for refund, we will evaluate the transaction. After approval the refund will be initiated.
The Refund payment will be made through bank transfer only
You will receive the credit within 7 working days after providing bank transfer details
If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.
Cancellation
Bookings once done can be cancelled upto 24 hours in Advance
If Cancellation is done on the date of service, a service charge of Rs. 250 will be applicable
If Cancellation is done once the team reaches the site of service, a service charge of Rs. 500 will be applicable
